The radar reflectivity must be corrected when using X-band radar.In this study we developed a combined attenuation correction method through using X-band radar and microwave radiometer.And we chose two different cases of precipitation systems, one is from convective-stratiform-mixed cloud and another is from stratiform cloud, to analyze the corrected results of the combined method.As a result, the corrected reflectivity by the combined method is very reasonable in spatial distribution, magnitude and path distribution, and the average of corrected reflectivity increased 1.71 dBZ and 0.84 dBZ respectively in the two tests, which was little smaller than the results of a dual-polarization attenuation correction method.
