Permissions and Copyright transfer statement

In order to earnestly implement the relevant provisions of the National Intellectual Property Protection Law, and safeguard the interests of both the editorial department and the author, Parties A and B have reached the following agreement:
1. Party A voluntarily transfers all copyrights, including but not limited to compilation rights (partial or complete), translation rights, printing rights, electronic reproduction rights, distribution rights, and online dissemination rights of the article, to Party B, globally.
2. Party A is aware and agrees that after the publication of this article, both Party A and third-party users can use and share this article according to the journal's licensing agreement (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
3. Party A can quote (or translate) parts of this article in subsequent works or compile it in non-journal collections.
4. Party A ensures that the article is an original work and does not involve confidentiality issues. In the event of infringement or confidentiality issues, Party A bears all responsibilities.
5. Party A guarantees that the article has not been submitted to multiple journals. If Party B discovers that Party A has submitted the article to multiple journals, Party B has the right to seek compensation for any resulting losses.
6. Party A guarantees that there are no disputes regarding the authorship of the article. In the event of authorship disputes, Party A bears all responsibilities.
7. Party B issues an article acceptance certificate to Party A after final approval. If Party A receives a rejection notice, this agreement automatically terminates upon Party A's receipt of the notice. If Party A does not receive feedback from Party B regarding the article within three months and, after confirming with Party B, may handle the article independently. This agreement automatically terminates.
8. Before the first publication of the article in Plateau Meteorology, Party B collects a one-time APC.
9. After the first publication of the article in Plateau Meteorology, Party B will pay Party A a one-time remuneration and provide complimentary copies (including the transfer fee).
10. This agreement consists of two copies, with each party holding one, having equal legal effect. This agreement takes effect from the date of signing by both parties and is valid for the same period as the copyright protection period of the article.
11. For other matters not covered herein, in case of disputes, both parties will negotiate for resolution. If negotiation fails, the matter will be handled according to the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations.
12. It is affirmed that all matters determined by this agreement have obtained the unanimous consent of all authors, with one author designated as a representative to sign.
