摘要

利用NCEP再分析资料, 计算分析了各类高原涡东移出与未移出高原的对流层中、上层多种合成物理量场。研究指出, 高原低涡移出高原是受西风带天气系统与副热带天气系统的相互作用及对流层中层与上层的天气系统相互作用造成的。研究揭示了低涡东移出高原的大尺度条件及物理图像, 还揭示了各类高原涡东移出高原的大尺度条件的主要差异。为预报高原涡移出高原的暴雨、洪涝提供了科学依据。

Abstract

Based on the comparison analysis of general circulation and impacting systems of Plateau vortex moving out or without moving out of the Plateau during 1998-2004 and by using NCEP reanalysis data, the various complex physical variable fields are calculated to foregoing two conditions in middle and upper levels of troposphere. The research indicates that the Plateau vortex moving out of the Plateau is caused by the interaction of weather systems in westerlies and weather systems of the subtropical zone. It revealed the macroscale condition differences and physical picture of Plateau vortex moving out of the Plateau, and also revealed the macroscale condition differences of various kinds of Plateau vortexes moving out of the Plateau. It provide the scientific basis for forecasting of heavy rain and flood.
